The following summarizes the footprint of the FileMaker platform as used to deploy Lackner’s 6-in-1 Estate Administration System and InheriTax. It includes some exceptions and considerations for aligning security (anti-virus, firewall, etc.) software with the environment.

Every year we release updates to 6-in-1 to support the latest tax forms, changes in tax law, and product enhancements. This article includes step-by-step instructions to install these updates for Standalone users of our product on Windows 10 or 11. Screen shots for these instructions are based on Windows 10, but can easily be adapted for users running Windows 11.
