WALK-THRU: Entering a New License Key in PA InheriTax

Here's a step-by-step walk-through for entering or updating your license key in InheriTax.

Finally, you can get your most current license key anytime without having to call or email, right from within InheriTax!  In addition to the steps outlined here, we've made a 3 minute video (below) that shows you the process from start to finish. 

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Launch InheriTax, or if it's already loaded, navigate back to the Main Menu screen.
2. Click on the License key, and press 'OK' when prompted, asking if you'd like to enter a new key.  Alternatively, if you're within (or past) the 30-day expiration window, you'll see a link to the right of the license key, "Click here to enter a NEW License Key".  Click it!
   
   
    
3. Follow the steps in the layout provided.
   
   
    
4. You're good to go!
